    Wir werden mit allen gebotenen Mitteln und Maßnahmen versuchen den Flüchtlingskindern und deren Familien zu helfen!

    Nebenstehender Artikel war am 18. März in einer Münchener Tageszeitung zu lesen.

    Inhaltlich -abgesehen von der bekannten Ausländerfeindlichkeit der Bayerischen Staatsregierung - stellt die Aufforderung auf Widerspruch und Sozialhilfe zu verzichten, eine Nötigung und Rechtsverletzung dar.
    Verträge und Vereinbarungen auf Verzicht von Sozialhilfe zum Nachteil der Bürger sind grundsätzlich -vor allem bei Nötigung - von Gesetzes wegen unwirksam und sittenwidrig.
    Die Tatsache, daß die Bayerische Staatsregierung ihre Beamten auffordert entsprechende Verzichtserklärungen mit Sozialhilfeempfängern zu vereinbaren ist unter diesen Umständen als Aufforderung zum Rechtsbruch zu werten. 


    
Die Tatsache, daß es sich bei den betroffenen Bürgern um Flüchtlinge handelt ist besonders
beschämend. 
    
Die Politiker scheinen zu vergessen, daß die Menschen nach ihrer Rückkehr in ihre Heimet vor dem absoluten "NICHTS"
stehen. Die von den Kindern erworbene Bildung ist deren einziges "Startkapital". 
    
Das Recht der Kinder auf Bildung ist -nebenbei bemerkt- auch durch das Grundgesetz und internationales Recht
geschützt.
    
Gefährlich wird der "Vorgang" aber auch dadurch, daß die Aufforderung zum
Rechtsbruch sich künftig auch gegen andere Personengruppen richten kann.
    
Zumindest muß muß dies befürchtet werden.

Daria ( 15 ) must leave seven weeks before making her final school-qualifications back to Sarajewo.
    

Daria is 15. Till July 29th she ought to make final school-qualification for the 9th class school, which equals to
highschool graduation. But she finally won't make it. Daria is from Sarajewo and Bosnia-citizen and she is demanded
to leave Munich till July 9th unless she will be extradited. The results that she must return to the country she left in
the cruel of civilian war six years ago without any school-grade. Like Daria Segdinac from the public school in the
Leipziger street in Munich this happens to thousands of youth fugitive from Bosnia. Just weeks before finishing their
school-qualifications they are demanded to return to their home-country. 
    

This is really severe harm to those who head for graduation forcing them to leave without the grade that would help
them looking for their development of profession. It also hurts those which are to finish 8th Grade because only
successful graduation enables them to enter Gymnasium ( equals to high-school ).
    

At least one small door was left by the Ministry of internal affairs: Only those that sign a declaration to resign from
social-aid-payments and that testify to resign their right to sue against the demand of extradition and certify that they
will leave the country till 1st of august are permitted to end up school.
    

But this is in most cases a fake, because whom of these children has German family friends that testify at authorities
to pay for all needs of the family for complete 2 months?
    

It is for sure that only if enough German people are found in Munich to carry this load and responsibility for the
families out of Bosnia the severest cases might be avoided by taking civil patronage to a family with pupils.
    

Gerald Rausch the head of the Bosnia work-group in municipal office advises the parents hit by this action to
immediately contact room 1.060 in public office at the Ruppertstreet: "This problem is not able to be solve with a
phone-call."
    

Daria from public school in the Riesstreet:" I don't know what will happen. My  mom must first clear up if we my
stay somewhere few weeks till then."
